This page explains how Rang Manch handles account information, creator content, app storage, and basic technical information. It also includes our basic content and platform rules.

1. Information we receive

When you sign in, Rang Manch may receive basic account information supplied by the authentication provider, such as your email address, display name, user ID, and profile image when available. We use this information to create and maintain your Rang Manch profile and login session.

2. Creator content

If you create a channel or upload content, the information you choose to publish—such as your channel name, bio, profile image, banner, video title, description, thumbnail and video—may be stored in the connected cloud services and displayed to other users according to the app's features.

3. Social interactions

Likes, comments, subscriptions, saved items and viewing history may be associated with your account so the relevant features can work. Public interactions may be visible to other users where the app displays them.

4. Device storage and cookies

Rang Manch uses browser/app storage for preferences, such as language, appearance and local app state. The PWA service worker may cache app resources so the app can load more reliably. Authentication uses the authentication system configured for the app.

5. How information is used

• To authenticate users and maintain sessions.
• To provide profiles, videos, Shorts and creator features.
• To operate likes, comments, subscriptions, saved items and history.
• To improve reliability, performance and security.
• To provide support when you contact us.

6. Data sharing

Rang Manch uses connected infrastructure providers, including Supabase for authentication, database and storage functions. Large videos may be stored as segmented media objects in Supabase Storage, with a playlist/manifest used to stream the segments. This segmented approach may use HLS-compatible media delivery for large creator videos. Information is processed by those services as necessary to provide the app. We do not promise that every third-party service has the same privacy practices; users should review the applicable provider policies as well.

7. Public content and safety

Do not upload passwords, financial information, private documents, precise location information, or other sensitive personal information as public content. Only upload content that you have the right to share. Content that violates applicable law or Rang Manch rules may be removed.

8. Account and deletion requests

If you need help with your account, privacy questions, or a deletion request, contact Rang Manch Support. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.

9. Children and age

Rang Manch is not designed to encourage children to provide unnecessary personal information. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information that should be removed, please contact support so the request can be reviewed.

10. Security

We use the security controls provided by the authentication, database and storage services configured for Rang Manch. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your account credentials and devices secure.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated as Rang Manch adds or changes features. The effective date at the top will be updated when material changes are made.

12. Platform rules

Users must not use Rang Manch to upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing material; impersonate others; attempt to access another user's account; interfere with the service; or misuse reporting, likes, comments, subscriptions or other features. We may restrict or remove content or accounts when necessary to protect users and the service.
